Mustafa Faruk Usta MD, Professor of Urology and Andrology

Dr.Mustafa Faruk Usta was born at the 30th of August 1968 in the city of Rize. He visited the elemantary school in Duisburg, Germany and in Karabük. Following that he got his high school degree at the Sakarya Atatürk High School in 1986.

Dr. Mustafa Faruk Usta is Professor of Urology and Andrology (male infertility and sexual dysfunction) at Akdeniz University School of Medicine in Antalya, where he has been since 2000. His practice is specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunction including Peyronie's disease, surgical and vascular reconstruction, prosthetic surgery, male infertility (both surgical and medical therapies), and BPH.

A clinician and lecturer, Dr.Usta has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in professional publications and has contributed numerous chapters in textbooks.

Dr. Usta earned his medical degrees at Istanbul University School of Medicine and completed his urology residency in the Urology department of the same University. During his residency Dr.Usta work abroad under Prof.Dr. Peter Junemann in Heidelberg, Germany. After his residency Dr. Usta completed his ‘Andrology Research Fellowship’ at the Tulane University School of Medicine, Depaertment of Urology under Prof.Dr. Wayne Hellstrom’s guidiance. He has been awarded many honors in the field of urology, male infertility, and erectile dysfunction.
